Security in Web3

This series of blockchain security courses is launched by Beosin – the world’s leading blockchain security company, in partnership with SUSS Node for Inclusive Fintech (NiFT) under Blockchain Security Alliance. The course contains explanation of smart contract solidity, security risks from smart contract features (vulnerability explanation), phishing attack, wallet and private key security, deployment of Ethereum smart contract, principle and implementation of cross-chain bridges and mixers, smart contract security detection and verification technology, etc.

This course is well-suited for those who wish to kick start a career in blockchain and crypto industry, blockchain enthusiasts to gain a deeper understanding of the security aspect of Web3, as well as Web3 practitioners to enhance their knowledge on Web3 security precautions.

Jasper Kanetake
Blockchain Security Engineer, Beosin

Jasper Kanetake is a blockchain security engineer at Beosin with a focus on research and exploit development using Rust, Move and Solidity programming language. Graduated from University of British Columbia in 2019, Jasper is currently studying MBA degree in Aoyama University, Japan. With a strong background in cybersecurity, Jasper participated in various CTFs and bug bounty programs.

Jasper is experienced in developing and testing exploits for various blockchain platforms – including EVM compatible chains, Solana and Move based chains. He is skilled in identifying vulnerabilities and designing effective solutions to mitigate the risk of potential attacks.

In his current role as a blockchain security engineer, Jasper is responsible for designing and implementing security measures to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of blockchain systems.
