Prior, Liz spent over 18 years supporting the advancement of digital rights, access to information, freedom of expression and open source software as a Program and Project Manager, Strategist and Analyst.

Jack Gavigan is part of the team at the Electric Coin Company (ECC), which created the Zcash cryptocurrency. He has a background in financial technology, cyber security and trading systems, gained at companies like Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley (where he also worked as a trader). Jack leads ECC’s regulatory relations efforts, engaging with regulators and policy makers to help them understand the implications of Zcash’s privacy-preserving technology from an AML / CFT perspective.
